Part- I Course

The Art of Living Course offers specific breathing practices and techniques that infuse the body with energy and harmonize the natural rhythms of the body, mind and emotions. The course includes Sudarshan Kriya, which uses specific rhythms of breath to re-establish balance in life as it simultaneously floods the cells of the body with oxygen and energy. Enjoyed by people of all backgrounds and traditions, the course is based on the ancient knowledge of the art of living and the healing power of the breath, adapted to the needs of modern life. Course participants report that with regular practice (20-25 minutes a day), there is a vast improvement in physical and mental energy, as well as greater harmony with others.

In less than a week, the simple, yet profound Art of Living Part I Course brings to our experience that life is truly beautiful! The Sudarshan Kriya, is a powerful energizer and cleanser, while the knowledge discussed in the course, presents life’s deepest secrets in a language that is easily understood.

Life is much more than our innumerable habitual daily routines... It is so much more than just eating, drinking, sleeping, working, chatting...

The Program opens our eyes, mind and heart to how much more meaningful and complete our lives can be. In a harmonious environment, it’s easy to say, I feel peaceful and contented. That is The Art of Living... and that is what the Part I course brings to our experience.Although the Art of Living Part I Course is considered to be the entry program for adults, it is recommended that one should repeat this course every few months. In fact, according to most repeaters, with every successive course one receives a better understanding of the knowledge points. Part II (Advanced) Course

The Art of Living Course - Part II takes one deeper into one's self. Very often, one takes a vacation, only to come back feeling more exhausted and in the need of another one! The Part II course is a vacation in the true sense of the word, leaving one rejuvenated and relaxed, both physically and mentally. It includes Sadhana (specific Practices), Satsang ( communication through singing) Seva (service) and Silence.

The Art of Living Part II program guides one on a journey deeper into one's self.... enabling the spontaneous integration of life with wisdom. We need to rest in order to be more dynamic. However, very often, when we take vacation, we come back feeling more exhausted and in the need of another one! The Part II course is vacation ,leaving us, rejuvenated and relaxed in body, mind and spirit. Through Sadhana (the practice), Seva (service), Satsang (chanting, singing and knowledge), Silence, Swadhyay and Satguru this program offers us the opportunity to dive deep into genuine relaxation and emerge refreshed, revitalized and invigorated!

DSN (Divya Samaj ka Nirman) Course

Divya Samaj Nirman literally translated means creating a divine society. This course provides the first opportunity for the individual to take more social responsibility and experience the power of one’s inner strength.

We all have personal barriers, old habits, or inhibitions that hold us back and keep us from fully participating in life. Yet we all have a deep desire to be the best we can be - for ourselves, our families, our communities and even the world around us. The truth is that those old emotional wounds, self-concepts, attitudes and fears create a barrier between you and the ability to live your heart's desire.

DSN is a rigorous and transformational course, which through a powerful combination of yoga, special meditations, breathing techniques and group processes, empowers participants to break through those personal barriers and inspire in them greater social activism and responsibility. Dropping whatever isn’t serving your best interests is a completely liberating experience - making you feel that nothing can shake you.

When you are ready for true freedom and personal empowerment, then you are ready for DSN! This course is open to all those who have completed the Art of Living Part I Course. Before I joined the DSN course, I was a very timid person, shy of even speaking out my mind to few people around me. But after doing DSN I can express my mind out, think and do things positively for the benefit of myself and all the people around me.. is the universal expression of all DSN participants.

Sri Sri Yoga Course

Sri Sri Yoga is a prayerful and balanced discipline, which offers a multi-path approach for uniting body, breath and mind with awareness. Sri Sri Yoga brings you the wisdom and techniques of yoga in a very joyful, sincere and thorough manner. A combination of gentle and vigorous series of asanas is taught for the well-being of the body, while an equal emphasis is placed on techniques for nurturing the mind and spirit. Sri Sri Yoga brings you back to your natural self, thereby nurturing all the virtues that you are born with. For those interested in exploring their inner Being further, a vast ocean of knowledge and many meditative techniques are available through our Art of Living courses.

Sri Sri Yoga is a 10 hour workshop spread over 6 days. It is an ancient wisdom for a healthier, happier and more peaceful way of living. In Sri Sri yoga the wisdom and techniques of yoga are brought to you in a very pure, joyful and thorough manner. Asanas, pranayamas and meditation are the main tools used in the course.

These techniques enable us to unite the body, breath and mind in awareness. This brings you back to your natural self and develops all the good qualities that we were born with.
